About Thaumiela's Furnace BOOK ONE:
Only love can fold a galaxy.
Dorian is an uber-wealthy multi-planet military contractor in a failing marriage. In a last attempt to save it, he takes himself and his wife, Lilura, on a vacation no free human has ever returned from.
A vacation to a planet in the Draco constellation.
A vacation to Thaumiela.
Buried inside Thaumiela are the corpses of The Brothers of Light and The Dark Brothers — the Sons of God who fought and fell. Beings some civilizations call the Anunnaki, the Nephilim, the Seraphim, the Watchers, the Devas, the Asuras — and beings no civilization has a name for — all buried here amongst lost advanced technologies older than recorded time. Remaining in the veins of these great fallen beings is the Ichor. The only substance keeping a dying Earth alive.
The massive graveyard planet is ruled by seven entities. Its prisoners are sent from Earth to live out their last days in slavery — working a dead world so their loved ones might survive on a living one.
Loved ones and a planet they will never see again.
Quadrant 28 is called The Furnace. A mining plantation where core divers descend into the bodies of giants to extract what keeps Earth breathing.
Yavid, the newest prisoner, is assigned the most dangerous job on the most dangerous planet in the known universe — mining angel blood for an Earth he couldn't care less about.
Until he has a reason to care about something else entirely.
