The cover art is printed with two of Davids handprints in his own blood and features blood stains all over it.
It is a dual gatefold packaging with bonus additional art and glossy page booklet.
The LP contains a black and white yin yang disc set.
There are also bonus tracks previously released elsewhere. "bad man" "devil dont cry string quartet version" & "anatomy 1:5" spoken word.
